REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Because every Maternity Ring is made to order and crafted specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on completed orders.
However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If your ring arrives with a defect or an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. We will work with you to make it right, either through a repair or a full remake, depending on the nature of the defect.*
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after an order is placed
- Incorrect stone information provided by the customer
- Minor natural variations in gemstones
All sales are final once production has begun. Please review your order details carefully before submitting.
